With SPRING and SUMMER weather quickly approaching, now is the time to get that start of season chimney sweeping performed, or get your final measure-up for spring/summer repairs and upgrades!

Remember that our Forward Scheduling Program provides YOU with your SPRING of 2008 dates that YOU prefer and we send you out a reminder 2 weeks before your appointment. Just call our office or click our email to set up your Forward Scheduled Appointment, no muss--no fuss.

Capping/screening your chimney flues will prevent the infestation of racoons, squirrels, birds and bats. These lovely but sometimes bothersome woodland inhabitants can get into your chimney and set up housekeeping. Remember Fall is nesting sewson for furbearers and Spring IS nesting season for our feathered friends!! They CAN cause blockages to your fireplace, woodstove or furnace chimney. A properly installed chimney cap, designed for YOUR chimney type, will also prevent snow and rain water from entering your open top flue tile and causing rusting to your damper or heatform top. This small chimney additive can prevent future trouble in your flue.

Are you also aware that Soot & Creosote can cause deterioration within your chimney flue (whether it is made of stone, brick, stainless steel or block) as it sits idly by absorbing moisture when the chimney is NOT in use.
